Can I bleach a tooth after a root canal?

Teeth, after having root canal therapy treatment, should be crowned.  Teeth are prone to fracture, but also will become darker.  Even with a crown, the gums can appear dark, so is it possible to bleach the tooth internally? Dr Lance Timmerman explains.
